Children's Tuition Fund

Children’s Tuition Fund (CTF), a ministry of ACSI, exists to advance and resource educational freedom for parents who desire a Christ-centered education for their children. Some programs require that families apply directly with Scholarship Granting Organizations, while others require that schools handle the application process. Whatever the distinctives of the program, all favor lower-income families who want to better the lives of their children.

CTF works in partnership with schools like CCA, contributors, and parents to bless students by offering relationship-oriented financial assistance through these programs. We aid schools in raising support and identifying needy families within their community, and ultimately award scholarships to those needy families to open doors of opportunity to deserving students.

  • EITC Scholarship Eligibility: Household income is not to exceed $112,348 plus $19,775 per dependent child. (Example: for a family with two children, the maximum income allowed to be eligible in this program would be $151,898).

CEO America Scholarship

The Children’s Educational Opportunity Fund was created for the specific purpose of helping families make the move from public to private school. Jim Saunders, founder and president, believes that school choice will never become a reality in Pennsylvania until "the parents we are trying to help get involved in the political system and demand a choice of schools, without cost, in their neighborhoods."
To that end, he tells every parent that wins a scholarship to attend the public school board meetings in their district and insist on tuition grants for their children, as provided by Act 85, Section 1711 of the Pennsylvania Tax Code. Act 85 is now Pennsylvania law, providing every child in the state with a tuition grant, funded by state subsidies to each school district. The statute requires a school board vote for tuition grants to be considered.

"We have worked with CEO America many times. Their policy of doubling donations has allowed more students to achieve an extra year of paid tuition. They are the BEST! ”
– Brian Williams, Ret. Director of Development at the Calvary Baptist Christian Academy in Meadville, PA

Family Choice Scholarship

The Family Choice Scholarship Program has provided important, timely help to hundreds of families in Pennsylvania in need. As an approved scholarship organization for the Educational Improvement Tax Credit (EITC) , Pre-Kindergarten (PK-SO), and Opportunity Scholarship Tax Credit (OSTC) programs, Family Choice has allowed parents of children between Pre-Kindergarten through 12th grade to choose the best educational experience for their child, including private and religious schools.
This non-profit initiative is a project of the Pennsylvania Family Institute, allowing businesses to direct some of their tax dollars to scholarship organizations that help needy families send their children to the school of their choice – including private and religious schools.

Additional programs may be available. Please contact the school office for details.
